Our returns team aims to make your experience as easy and seamless as possible. Items can be returned within 30 days from purchase date. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included. If packaging is not available, your item cannot be processed for a return.
Instead of returning items you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability. Every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then if possible you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
If you wish to make a return, please contact us to receive a return form. Returns made without a form may experience a delay in process.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. We also do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes.

Depending on your location in relation to the warehouse, product stock, and wether you ordered before the 11AM EST cut-off, it will take between 3-7 business days.
